Safety & Compliance
What safety certifications do your crews have?
Our crews maintain current safety certifications including OSHA 10/30, confined space entry, fall protection, lockout/tagout, and client-specific requirements. We are ISNetworld, TappiSafe, and Avetta members, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and client prequalification requirements.
Are you ISNetworld qualified?
Yes, we maintain ISNetworld membership and keep our qualifications current. ISNetworld is a leading contractor management platform used by many industrial clients to verify contractor safety and compliance. Our ISNetworld profile reflects our commitment to meeting rigorous safety standards.
Do you have TappiSafe certification?

What is your approach to job site safety?
Safety is our top priority on every job site. We conduct pre-job safety planning, daily safety briefings, and maintain stop work authority for all employees. Our crews are trained to identify and address hazards, and we believe that no job is so important that it cannot be done safely.
Shutdown & Turnaround Support
How far in advance should we schedule shutdown support?
For optimal planning and resource allocation, we recommend scheduling shutdown support 2-6 months in advance for major outages. This allows time for scope development, material procurement, and crew scheduling. However, we maintain flexible crews that can accommodate shorter-notice projects when possible.
What size crews can you provide for shutdowns?
We can scale our crews based on your project requirements, from small teams of 5-10 for targeted work to larger crews of 20+ for comprehensive shutdowns. Our network of skilled millwrights and welders allows us to staff projects appropriately while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Do you provide supervision during shutdowns?
Yes, all shutdown projects include experienced supervision. Our supervisors manage day-to-day activities, coordinate with plant personnel, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards. They serve as your single point of contact throughout the outage.
What types of shutdowns do you support?
We support all types of industrial shutdowns including annual maintenance outages, recovery boiler shutdowns, power plant outages, kiln shutdowns, mini-outages, and emergency shutdowns. Our capabilities cover the full range of maintenance activities typically performed during these windows.
Services & Capabilities
Can you provide emergency repair services?
Yes, we maintain crews ready for rapid deployment to handle emergency repairs. We understand that equipment failures can shut down entire operations, and we treat emergency situations with the urgency they deserve. Contact us immediately when emergencies arise.
Do you have in-house fabrication capabilities?
Yes, we have in-house fabrication capabilities for industrial fans, expansion joints, dampers, ductwork, and other custom components. This allows us to control quality and lead times for projects requiring manufactured components.
Can you work on equipment from any manufacturer?
Yes, we work on industrial equipment from all manufacturers. Our experienced crews have hands-on experience with equipment from major OEMs and can repair, rebuild, or fabricate replacement components regardless of the original manufacturer.
